LiveLabs Creative Ltd aims to be fair and transparent in how refunds are handled, while recognising that our software products are professional tools delivered digitally.
1. Digital Products
All software products sold by LiveLabs Creative Ltd are digital goods delivered electronically.
Once a licence has been activated, the software is considered delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be offered at our discretion in the following circumstances:
The software is not compatible with the supported versions clearly disclosed at the time of purchase
The product was purchased in error and has not been meaningfully used
A genuine technical issue prevents initial use and cannot be reasonably resolved
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided where:
The software functions as described but does not meet personal expectations
Incompatibility arises due to upgrading third-party software beyond supported versions
The software has been used extensively or in a production environment
The request relates to features or updates not advertised or guaranteed

5. Payment Processing
Refunds, where approved, will be processed via the original payment method using our payment provider.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or repeated refund requests.
