Software
Platform support varies per application. Check the product page for your specific app for details. An overview of all products can be found in the documentation.
Supported hardware varies per application. The following has been tested across Livelabs Creative apps:
- Titan Simulator with Editor Key — v16 to v19
- Avolites Quartz — v16 to v18
- Avolites Tiger Touch II — v16 to v18
- Avolites D9-330 — v18
See the full Console & Software Compatibility table for details.
Titan V16 is the minimum required version. Apps have been tested up to Titan V19.
It depends on your hardware. These apps do not work in Titan One mode when using an Editor Key or Titan One USB dongle.
They do work with a T2 dongle, or with USB hardware such as a Titan Mobile or T3.
An internet connection is required to activate your license. The software may also need to connect to the internet periodically to verify your license.
Full documentation for all Livelabs Creative products is available at docs.livelabscreative.co.uk.
There are plans to bring some of these applications to mobile phones, however we do not know when this would be the case.
Network & Connectivity
The application works over both WiFi and Ethernet. Your device and the Avolites console must be on the same network and subnet. A common setup is both devices connected to the same router or switch.
If your PC has multiple network adapters (e.g. ethernet and Wi-Fi both active), make sure the adapter used to reach the console has an IP in the same range as the console.
Use IP address 127.0.0.1 to connect to the console. This is actually faster than connecting over a network.
If you're having connection issues, work through the following:
- Same subnet — both your PC and console must be on the same network and subnet. You can verify this by checking that both IP addresses share the same prefix (e.g. both start with
192.168.1.). - Ping test — open a Command Prompt and run
ping <console-ip>. If you get replies, the network is fine and the issue is likely firewall-related. - Firewall — a firewall on your PC can silently block the connection. Temporarily disable it to test. If that fixes it, add an exception for port
4430rather than leaving the firewall off. - Titan Simulator — if you're running Titan Simulator, you may need to manually open port 4430. Run the following commands as Administrator:
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Avolites WebAPI Inbound" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=4430 netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Avolites WebAPI Outbound" dir=out action=allow protocol=TCP localport=4430
For full connection guidance see the Connecting to Titan documentation.

Yes. You'll need to deactivate your license on your current machine first, then activate it on the new one. Deactivation cannot be done from within the app — it must be done through the customer portal.
A link to your customer portal is included in your order confirmation email — no account creation is required.
For full instructions, see the Deactivating a Licence guide.
