Software

All Livelabs Creative applications run on both Windows and macOS unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This software has been extensively tested with Titan PC Suite and has had some testing on an Avolites Quartz. It should in theory work on all consoles that are running Titan V16 and above.

Titan V16 is the minimum required version.

Yes and No. This software does not work in Titan One mode if using an editor key or T1 dongle, but it does work in Titan One mode if using a T2 dongle.

An internet connection is required to activate your license. The software may also need to connect to the internet periodically to verify your license.

There are plans to bring some of these applications to mobile phones, however we do not know when this would be the case.

Network & Connectivity

The application works over both WiFi and Ethernet, as long as the device running the application and the Avolites console(s) are on the same network.

Use IP address 127.0.0.1 to connect to the console.

If you're having connection issues, check the following:

  • Ensure you're on the same network as the console
  • Verify the console's IP address is correct
  • Check your firewall isn't blocking the connection
  • Ensure Titan isn't running in Titan One mode

Licensing

This is a one-time purchase.

Updates and bug fixes are not guaranteed. Software is sold as is. However, should an update be provided, simply downloading and installing it will work with your existing license. No reactivation needed.

All announcements, including updates and bug fixes, are posted on our Discord server. While the website is updated and searchable, Discord is the primary channel for notifications. Join the Discord server to stay informed about new releases.

Yes. You can deactivate your license on one device and reactivate it on another via your Customer Portal. A link to the Customer Portal is included in your order confirmation email — no account creation is required.
